Delegate Shott moved to amend the bill on page two, line twenty-two,  by striking out all of subsection (e) and inserting in lieu thereof the following: " Under an assignment authorized in subsection (a) of this section, a dentist or dental corporation agrees to accept the same payment that the entity would have provided as payment in full to an in-network dentist or dental corporation and agrees to forgo charging the covered person for any amount exceeding copayments, deductibles, or coinsurance that the covered person would have paid to an in-network dentist or dental corporation."

AND

On page three, line twenty-two,  by striking out all of subsection (e) and inserting in lieu thereof the following: " Under an assignment authorized in subsection (a) of this section, a dentist or dental corporation agrees to accept the same payment that the entity would have provided as payment in full to an in-network dentist or dental corporation and agrees to forgo charging the covered person for any amount exceeding copayments, deductibles, or coinsurance that the covered person would have paid to an in-network dentist or dental corporation."

AND
